Equipment for hire include: Data/Video Projectors, Projection Screens, Overhead Projector, Public Address System, and Lectern with wireless PA.

Our data/video projectors are XGA resolution with minimum 1500 ANSI lumens. Ideal for any business presentation, exhibition, weekend movie and sport night with your groups.

  • 1 day hire: $160.00 Inc GST.
  • Weekend hire: $180.00 Inc GST

Options for Hire screens are:

• Tripod 1780 x 1780 mm
  Cost for hire:
  • 1 day hire: $50.00 Inc GST. *
  • Weekend hire: $60.00 Inc GST

• Tripod 2400 x 2400 (heavy duty)
  Cost for hire:
  • 1 day hire: $85.00 Inc GST. *
  • Weekend hire: $100 Inc GST

We also have a lectern for hire. This can be used as either a public speaking lectern or a wireless microphone and speaker for any outdoor and indoor event:

  • Weekend hire: $220 Inc GST, delivery and pick up.

*Normal pickup and delivery fee is $25.00 Inc GST apply in sydney Metro area only.
